Dave gained his experience working at Senior Vice President and Director level in organisations such as InterContinental Hotels, Travelport, Marks & Spencer, GAME and Brakes and continues to expand his experience through his consulting and interim engagements.

Dave qualified as a Chartered Accountant and via consultancy and retail made the transition to the world of Marketing and then worked for a number of organisations as the impact of digital grew. For the past decade, Dave has concentrated on developing, improving and delivering compelling customer propositions that reflect the impact that digital and new technologies are having on our customers' lives.

They operate a nationwide team of field sales representatives supported by a telesales team, ensuring our customers have the support and advice they need to secure the right product, at the right time. In addition, with an extensive catalogue and a user-friendly website, ordering couldn’t be easier.
The project with Connect Education & Care, the UK’s leading independent supplier to the education sector, was designed to help the leadership team focus their strategy on the key customer groups. This was then developed into a target ecommerce proposition, business case and road map which was subsequently endorsed by the group board. Dave continues to work in an advisory capacity to the management team.

Wyevale Garden Centres operate 139 garden centres in England and Wales. The project there was to join the management team on an interim basis to ensure the work on improving their multichannel proposition was heading in the right direction and to ensure delivery.
